Late payments may incur a fee of 5% of the outstanding amount. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services or termination of the storage agreement.

5. Security and Liability

6. Termination of Agreement

Clients may terminate their storage agreement by providing a 30-day written notice. Early termination may be subject to a fee.

6.2 Termination by Storage Maidavale

We reserve the right to terminate the agreement for non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions, non-payment, or any unlawful activities.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Storage Maidavale operates.

8. Amendments to Terms
